You are on your way to creating an important tool for your business.
Step 1. Please reply to the email you receive from StudioNow requesting 3 date/times to schedule your on-location video shoot.

Step 2. A professional filmmaker will arrive at the confirmed date/time for a 90-minute on-location professional film shoot. In order to ensure your satisfaction, please follow the checklist below.
Step 3. You will receive an email notification from StudioNow that your video has been edited and is ready for your approval. You have up to 2 opportunities to request revisions to your video. Once you are happy with your production, you’ll press the large green ‘Approve’ button.
Step 4. Once you have approved your video, it will be forwarded to the custom fan page design department. You will send in your Preference Questionnaire and schedule a time with your Fan Page Generator Design Consultant to discuss your specific objectives for your custom fan page.
Step 5. Your Design Consultant will call you at your scheduled date/time to discuss with you exactly what you want your custom fan page to look like and what functions you want to make sure are included.
Step 6. You will receive a checklist of requested items such as your photo/logo that you will need to provide our design team in order to personalize your custom fan page.
Step 7. Once the design team receives your requested items, they will get to work on building your custom landing page. You should receive an email notification from Fan Page Generator that your landing page is ready within 5 days of your shoot.
Step 8. Hopefully, you will be more than thrilled with your new custom landing page, if for some reason you are not, you are able to request up to 2 rounds of edits to ensure your satisfaction.
Step 9. Once you approve your custom design, our team will publish your custom landing page to your fan page and you will be ready to launch.

Tips to prepare for your On-Location Video Shoot
Preparation Checklist:
Please follow these simple guidelines to ensure a successful shoot.
Business in Action
- Get key shots of customers/clients using or interacting with your signature products and services.
- Remember, no one wants to see an empty showroom, restaurant, office or retail establishment.
Rehearse Your Lines
- List up to 5 key messages you want your main speaker/guide to communicate in your video
- Have your main speaker/guide rehearse the key messages several times so it sounds natural.
Co-ordinate your Cast
- Be sure to have 1-2 members of your staff convey what makes your business unique or share an insider tip.
- Ask customers/clients to talk about their experience with your business and why the come back.
Best Dressed: Worst Dressed
- We recommend wearing comfortable yet neat attire.
- Avoid wearing busy patterns, and black & white clothing. Beware not to blend in with your background.
Quiet on the Set!
- Choose a quiet area for the interview portion.
- Keep all glass breaking, airplanes, car horns, and natural disasters to a minimum.
Spring Cleaning
- Make sure you tidy areas where the video will be shot, your staff will love the spring cleaning project.
Keep it Natural
- Use natural light whenever and wherever possible; artificial light leaves some pretty interesting shadows.
Be Unique: Be You
- Show the filmmaker the best images that make you and your business unique and will identify most closely with your target customer/client
